I offer body-centered talk therapy sessions. Think of our time together as a place to learn how to be there for yourself more profoundly, to heal wounds from your past, and to expand your capacity to be nourished by connection with others. It is a chance to explore the patterns of how you feel your emotions and to refine how you navigate conflict and intimacy in your relationships. I specialize in supporting folks in all things perinatal; the fertility and conception journey, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This period in our lives is so full of potency, it’s a great time to get support as you engage in creating and bringing new life into the world.
Areas of focus:
Processing complex emotions including fear, grief, ambivalence, overwhelm, anxiety
Tending to the residue from past experiences and traumas so you can become the parent you want to be
Support in planning for birth and postpartum
Embodying the emerging version of you and discovering how YOU want to navigate this journey

This style of therapy is highly supportive for addressing and resolving issues/traumas from the past that are impacting day-to-day experiences. I use the Pendulation Approach (from Katie Asmus, Founder of Somatic Nature Therapy Institute). It’s an approach that builds someone’s inherent capacity to access ok-ness as we process difficult experiences from the past.

Individual Sessions:
60-Minutes: $175
Payments accepted via credit card, HSA account, check, cash, and Zelle.
